It came!
Finally, after a much-distressing wait, my organic cotton sweatshirt by Eco-Ganik finally came! Despite my cold, I was able to snap a few semi-respectable photos:

Yes, it’s as comfortable as it looks. The organic cotton is so soft, and it feels almost tailor-fit: the fabric skims my arms without squeezing them, the collar falls right across my shoulders, and the band at the bottom can either sit below or above my hips without constant readjusting.
And, of course, there’s that crazy-interesting back detail:

As Miss Elle said when I passed along the (unedited) photos, it’s “totally architectural,” which is something I’m not used to – I’ve always gone for body-shaped fitted shirts – but I just may have crossed over to the other side with this shirt. It’s just so interesting!
And another cool thing about Eco-Ganik: they sent the shirt to me on a hanger. That’s right: the shirt was packaged in a UPS box, already on a standard-size plastic hanger and covered in a plastic garmet bag.

How cool is that?!

I totally dig this shirt and it’s a great fit on you. It looks comfy and funky all at once. I gotta peruse this website of theirs….

I sent you an invite to the site, right? They’ve got some seriously preppy menswear right now, but there are a couple of sales coming up that I can’t WAIT for.
Yes, clavicles. Or at least one- haha.
I’m impressed by their packaging. =)
And that fit. That calculated sort of bagginess where you can still go out in it and look great instead of PJ’ed out.
I would love one if I didn’t know my ridiculously broad shoulders would not compliment it.
(here via twitter…) Oh, what an interesting top! I love the neckline, and the surprise back. It does look like it fits just perfectly, even as it is architectural rather than body hugging, as you say. Nice find!

It’s so cute! And looks like it’s definitely comfy
Great choice!
I’m a big fan of “architectural” blouses/shirts. I think they’re so interesting and flattering. This one is beautiful! And I love when clothing comes in on hangers. Nordstrom does that too!
I love it! It is such an eye-catching piece!
