When it comes to blogging, here’s the secret to keeping up with the Jones’s: don’t get sick.

I’ve had a nasty cold all week, and it’s made doing anything – not just posting, but walking the dog, doing laundry, getting my lazy butt out of bed – seem tragically exhausting. If I’ve been letting you down with what seem like filler posts, that’s why. I promise, though, that some awesome things are coming down the pipe at Awakened Aesthetic, and they’re all things that you, my dear reader, are going to love.

The bgreen apparel retail website opens tomorrow. bgreen owner Mike Farid gave Awakened Aesthetic readers a 20% discount to use during the opening month of his company’s online store, which has a grand opening of April 10 (again, that’s tomorrow). TMI, I’m totally wearing their briefs right now.

We’re doing our first giveaway next week. You heard me: Awakened Aesthetic is partnering with the lovely Christina Entcheva to give away a free print AND a set of buttons from her Etsy shop to two lucky winners in the continental US. You’ll have multiple chances to enter, too!
