Occasionally, I like to post things that I just plain want – and probably won’t ever buy.  Ergo, the semi-regular To Covet: a category that shows one thing that I’ve been coveting, but really can’t afford…or have no space for…or just plain shouldn’t buy for one reason or another.

The Exotic Peacock: $89.95

“I wove this wreath out of mature wild bittersweet vine harvested by my husband. [...] I began decorating by interlacing strands of golden reeds throughout the entire wreath, leaving various end lengths to fly freely at random. My roadside teasals were added next after I had spray painted them in gold. The peacock feathers and sage green and gold wired ribbon added the beautiful finishing touches to the entire piece.”
