Giving Back: Soft Hands Kind Heart
Every once in a while, a company does something so drastic that it changes my mind completely.
For every bottle of The Body Shop Soft Hands Kind Heart Hand Cream purchased, The Body Shop will donate 100% of its proceeds to ECPAT (End Child Prostitution, Child Pornography and Trafficking of Children for Sexual Purposes).
You read that right. 100% of the proceeds of every single bottle will go to a charity that fights child sexual exploitation. Additionally, the cream uses organic, community-traded olive oil as its main ingredient, so you’re not only supporting an amazing group, but also picking up something eco-friendly.
That is the spirit of giving, folks…and it’s done without a single mass-marketed Christmas jingle.
