A Little Vintage Glamour
When I was little, I never got into my mom’s makeup, or even her daytime clothes. Instead, I went straight for the silk, the classic pumps, the vintage jewelry. At my grandmother’s house, I’d run my fingers over the heirloom lingerie, handed down from generation to generation, treasured by every woman that received it. While my day-to-day teenage wardrobe consisted of facial piercings and low-slung jeans (yes, really) by night I dreamed of red lipstick and film noir.
Only now, I know how to wear it…and give it a modern twist, to boot.

Ivory Tower Romper Playsuit Jumper: $135
(Designed from 1920s playwear)

Little Black Dress Olive Oil Soap: $5.25
(Natural olive oil with a classic candy: black licorice)

Red Wine No 6 Letterpress Print: $10
(Classic letterpress style – one of the earliest forms of printing text on paper)

The Enigma: $20
(Copper necklace made with a vintage skeleton key and freshwater pearl)

I love that key necklace!
I used to love to dress up as…are you ready for this?…a cat. Yeah, I was always and forever making new tails and kitty headbands. Probably why I like the animal headband trend, haha!
