I've been in love with grey since sometime last spring, part of it was to do with all the nifty fashion being introduced in grey.

And the other half was me accidently putting my peach eye shadow with a charcoal grey liner and going, omg I'm in love.

I like that it's not as harsh as black, but it can pair so neatly with warmer tones. Though i'm more drawn to charcoals and darker blacks then I am the paler ashy versions.

Well...except for when I want those too. =)

Love the jumper!! I want it! But my skin tone doesn't look great in grey. :( But I do think it's a neutral.

i've been keen on using grey as much as possible for a while now, and it started with my first pair of pewter flats.* they were so insanely versatile and i wore them nearly every day. i kind of branched out from there, and now i'm instinctively drawn to anything gray. i love deeper, darker grays, especially with lots of texture.
it's a little surprising, a hair unconventional. i dig it.

*one of them died a tragic moving-too-many-times-this-summer death, and this totally just prompted me to order a new pair. hello, giftcard hoarding and its rewards. :]
