…and the Bees
My sister has one tattooed along the top of her foot, my boyfriend’s wildly allergic, and one year, we had a swarm of them take over our back yard as the queen looked for new digs.
I love bees.
To me, they signify spring: the flowers are blooming, and the lady worker bees are hard at work, pollinating this, making honey out of that. Speaking of honey, it’s delicious in tea and oatmeal, and the bees are what make that delicious kind of breakfast possible.
Bees! They’re great!
